Keyano Huskies toast best of 2025-26 at annual awards night
The Keyano Huskies wrapped up their 2025-26 season with their annual awards night Wednesday, celebrating the best of the athletics year that was.
Women’s Soccer/Futsal student-athlete Marissa Mestre (Hamilton, Ont.) and Men’s Soccer/Futsal student-athlete Stef Vullinghs (Vlijmen, The Netherlands) were named the Female and Male Athletes of the Year. A trio of McMurrayites were recognized with awards, with Quinton Baragar and Bahaa Safadi each earning Rookie of the Year honours while Norah Horsley was named the Pride in the Pack award recipient.
