G.O.A.T. Mechanical Services sponsors Keyano Huskies Athletics

Fort McMurray, AB – [September 13, 2024] – Keyano College is pleased to announce G.O.A.T. Mechanical Services as the Presenting Sponsor of the Keyano Huskies Women’s Soccer & Futsal Team under a new sponsorship that aims to support student-athletes throughout their academic and athletic careers.

Mechanical Services to the Keyano Huskies family," said Jonathan Lambert, Keyano College's Director of Athletics & Recreation. "We're excited to see the growth of this partnership and what our Women's Soccer and Futsal Huskies can accomplish this season and into the future."

The Keyano Huskies Women’s Soccer/Futsal program have developed into a top-tier ACAC program in both sports, appearing on the ACAC podium four times in the last three seasons. That includes a historic first-ever ACAC Championship in Women’s Futsal in 2023, which was won on the home court at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre.  
 
Earning Silver in Women’s Soccer and Bronze in Women’s Futsal during the 2023-24 academic year marked the first time the Huskies had medalled in both sports in the same academic year. Overall, the Women’s Soccer Huskies have earned eight ACAC medals, one Gold, three Silver, and four Bronze.
